PTW’s solution to reduce Wafer Breakage & Scratch Reduction caused by Robots

Proven reduction of wafer scratches, chips and breakages. The robot calibration can now be added to the PM. The robot setup aims at replacing individual perceptions based on eye sights. Tracking the robot drift enables to set overhaul intervals.
