Berufsbeschreibung
Als Mechatroniker (m/w/d) stellst du aus mechanischen und elektronischen Komponenten komplexe mechatronische Systeme wie Roboter zusammen.
Du erlernst die Funktionsweise der einzelnen Komponenten, wie man diese in Betrieb nimmt und programmiert.
Diese werden von dir an Systemen und Anlagen montiert.
Mithilfe von Schaltplänen und Konstruktionszeichnungen führst du eine Überprüfung der mechatronischen Systeme durch.
Dein Aufgabengebiet
In deiner 3,5-jährigen dualen Ausbildung wirst du in Zusammenarbeit mit der Berufsschule alle theoretischen und praktischen Ausbildungsinhalte vermittelt bekommen. Zusätzlich bieten wir dir ausführliche und zusätzliche Schulungen bei der „Dresden Chip Academy“ um dein theoretisches Wissen fachlich zu vertiefen.
Damit dir bei uns nicht langweilig wird, wirst du an Schulungen, sowie Weiterbildungen an unseren weltweiten Standorten teilnehmen.
Du lernst das korrekte Prüfen und Messen elektronischer, sowie mechanischer Bauteile. Nach einer Bestandsaufnahme ist es notwendig den Aufwand einer Reparatur zu ermitteln, diese zu Planen und schlussendlich die Reparatur durchzuführen. Ziel deiner Ausbildung ist es, dass du in der Lage bist Maschinen selbstständig zu reparieren und diese auf den neuesten Stand umzubauen.

- Improving equipment monitoring and control to reduce variation
- Developing and writing specifications and standard work documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The candidate will recommend and implement procedures to monitor and improve equipment performance
- Demonstrated skills to solve problems and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Prefer five or more years of equipment engineering experience
- Subject matter expert on SEZ/LAM Wet etch like DV-Prime / DV3x / DV2x, SP Series – 20x / 223 / 30x / 323 / 4×00, RST Series – 100 / 101 / 102 including Esanti Series
- Have relevant experience with SSEC (Single wafer solvent process), SAT (batch wet etch process), SEZ/MG21 (Single wafer backside etch process) and Wet bench process (wafer cleaning process)
